Krems was hired by OnDemand Partners, which invested $3.2 million in Onigma, an endpoint security pioneer co-founded by Liad Agmon. After Krems drove a media relations campaign featuring Agmon, Onigma garnered coverage from NBC-TV and positive spotlight analysis from a highly regarded Silicon Valley-based industry analyst . In 2019 McDonald's acquired Dynamic Yield for $300 million.

Krems drove a media relations campaign for Proginet before the company dialogued with Gartner Group for the Magic Quadrant analysis of managed file transfer vendors. Proginet vaulted from 'visionary' to 'leader' and soon thereafter Tibco acquired Proginet

Krems helped launch RallyPoint on Veterans Day, 2012, including a feature article in the Washington Post. The start-up, founded by two former U.S. armed forces officers who met in Iraq and later re-connected at Harvard Business School, has been lauded by media pundits as the 'LinkedIn for the military'.
